Hikaru Mizuno (水野 輝, Mizuno Hikaru, Khmer: ហុីការ៉ុ មីហ្ស៊ូណូ born August 2, 1991) is a Japanese-born naturalized Cambodian footballer who plays for Cambodian Premier League club Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng and the Cambodia national team.
From 2015, Mizuno started playing in Cambodia. He first played for Preah Khan Reach Svay Rieng from 2015 to 2016 and then joined Boeung Ket FC in 2017, where he played till 2021.
In 2022 Mizuno joined the Svay Rieng.
