Emil Nazim ogly Balayev (Azerbaijani: Emil Nazim oğlu Balayev; Russian: Эмиль Назим оглы Балаев; born 17 April 1994) is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Neftçi. Born in Russia, he plays for the Azerbaijan national team. He was selected as the footballer of the year in Azerbaijan in 2019.
