Palmas Futebol e Regatas, more commonly referred to as Palmas, is a Brazilian professional football club based in Palmas, Tocantins, that competes in Série D, the fourth division of Brazilian football, as well as in the Campeonato Tocantinense, the top tier of the Tocantins state league.
